We retain active user data for the duration of your event or account usage.
Non-current personal data is retained for no longer than 12 months, Note: this does not include your profile information as this will be retained indefinitely for your convenience unless you request otherwise.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement a range of measures to protect it, including:

  • Two-factor authentication for administrative access
  • Data stored on hardened, Australian-based servers
  • Immediate notification in the unlikely event of a data breach
